1Create & fund
A Navigator posts a quest (location, radius, reward, deadline) and the reward is locked in Soroban escrow the moment it goes live.
2Take on location
A Scout finds the quest on the map and takes it. Being physically inside the quest radius is required and GPS-checked at take time.
3Submit proof
The Scout completes the task and submits proof (photo, video, or document) before the completion deadline.
4Instant payout
The Navigator approves and escrow pays the Scout instantly. Rejected or expired quests refund the Navigator in full.

Pricing
One fee. Only on success.
A flat 5% protocol fee is taken from the reward at payout, and only when a quest is approved. Every other outcome refunds the Navigator in full.

Quests start from 5 XLM or 1 USDC. Example: a 100 XLM quest pays the Scout 95 XLM on approval. The fee is enforced by the smart contract, not by us.

You need a Stellar wallet (Freighter takes a minute to set up) and a small XLM balance for network fees. Everything else, from escrow to payouts and refunds, happens automatically inside the app.
The reward is locked in the smart contract before the quest is even visible. A Navigator can only approve (pay you) or reject (refund themselves), and if they go silent, the review window expires and the outcome is enforced by the contract, not by goodwill.
Taking a quest requires being physically inside its radius, and the Navigator reviews every proof before payout. Reputation is on the line for both sides: rejected work is public history. Jury-based dispute resolution is on the roadmap for higher-stakes quests.
